Iris Law new face of Burberry beauty

Burberry launched a new lip product this week, and  Iris Law is the campaign star – celebrating her new role as Global Ambassador for the brand. She’s the 16-year-old daughter of Jude Law and Sadie Frost, in case you didn’t know!

The Liquid Lip Velvet is another matte cream lip colour (I haven’t tried it so can’t vouch for it or not), combining rich pigment with a ‘comforting’ texture, and it comes in 14 shades, from nudes, right through the spectrum to deep ox blood red.

As a first for the brand, Burberry launched  a Beauty dedicated Tumblr page to coincide with the launch of Liquid Lip Velvet. The Tumblr content hub tells the full campaign narrative and is presented like a moodboard -go have a look here.

There’s also a series of ‘colour stories’ on Pinterest highlighting the hero colours from the Liquid Lip Velvet family. Go to Pinterest, and you can ‘shop the edit’ with the boards linking to the burberry.com website – though you will need to redirect yourself to the UK site.
