Beauty Advent Calendars 2015
Forget the chocolate, or the even more retro pictures behind the windows of your advent calendar – we want beauty products! And full-size ones too! Where there used to be just one or two beauty advent calendars to choose from, there are now, well, loads! Here are eight of the best!
Clarins Beauty Advent Calendar (£60, exclusively at clarins.com)
Filled with minis, including classics like Beauty Flash Balm and some men’s products too, this is Clarins first foray into advent calendars.
L’Occitane Advent Calendar (£39, L’Occitane stores and loccitane.com)
Last year they did 12 days, this year they’ve gone for 24, full of minis of their most-loved products. This one has been on sale a week and is sold out online already! I love the design of this one.
Kerastase Advent Calendar (£80, Kerastase salons, and kerastase.co.uk)
Filled with all the Kerastase goodies your hair could ever need.
Benefit Party Poppers (£34.50, Debenhams and benefitcosmetics.co.uk, nationwide from November 1, it’s been on sale online from October)
Benefit invented this, so now they’re stepping back and have created a 12 day ‘calendar’ which has mini versions of things like They’re real mascara, and Lollitint. OH, and it also plays a tune when you open a door!
Boots No7 25 Days of Beauty Wonders (£38, Boots and boots.com, from October 28)
Boots have a calendar filled with products, including SIX full-size products. It’s worth £148 and is just £38.
Arran Aromatics Cherish Advent Calendar (£40, arranaromatics.com and stores)
This lovely calendar has 24 fab treats, including products, and candles.
Liberty Beauty Advent Calendar (£149, Liberty, from October 29th)
I am a Liberty obsessive, and I have to admit I love the packaging of this advent calendar even more than the contents. It is just beautiful. Content-wise it is packed full. Every drawer opens to reveal another luxe beauty brand gift. Brands include REN, Liberty, Eve Lom, Diptyque. Kiehls, and so many more. A delightful treat, and worth £400!
Jo Malone Advent Calendar (£260, Jo Malone stores and jomalone.co.uk)
Finally, the most expensive of the lot, this beauty is just stunning to look at, and is filled with 25 days of gorgeous Jo Malone treats. What’s not to love? (Apart from the price!)
