Dior New Lip Glow shades and formulas

Dior launch two new shades of their popular Lip Glow this month – and two new formulas – Matte Glow and Holo Glow.

The new shades of Lip Glow include Raspberry and Ultra Pink, and the new formulas come in Matte Pink and Matte Raspberry and the Holo Glow comes in shades of pink/purple tones.

Dior Lip Glow was launched in 2009, as a colour reviver – colour makeup with the comfort of a balm.

I am not a massive fan of the barely there lip, but if you are, then this is as good as it gets. I did have a good read of the press material and was surprised to see that Peter Philips tells us to sweep it on from left to right across the lips. I’d guess going from right to left probably isn’t a problem?! How odd.

Anyway. The 10 new shades of Lip Glow “provide a palette gradation of pinks to suit every skintone,” says Philips. So, you can now choose from a standard finish, a matte glow finish, which basically enhances the look of your lips, and a holographic finish, which gives a subtle shimmer to the lip.

The balm is nourishing thanks to mango butter and cranberry oil, and of course comes in lovely packaging.
