Here’s another ‘totally tropical’ beauty offering for 2017 – this time from By Terry, who give us a ‘Tropical Sunset’

They also give us one of the loveliest palettes I have seen for a while – and actually there are two to choose from. The Sun Designer Palette (£65) has six gorgeous shades in it of blusher, bronzer and highlighter.

The Tropical Sunset palette is a harmony of burning coral, golden saffron, and vibrant fuchsia, which fuse with coppery gold, Havana brown and sun-washed pink. Bold, beautiful and very summery, I love these colours.

The Savannah Love palette marries sunlit sand, shimmering bronze, warm nudes, peach tinged amber, and airy pink. The inspiration here comes from the many gradations of sunlight on the horizon at the end of the day. It’s subtle, but stunning.

Each palette combines the colours in a zig-zag design, and you can swirl a brush and apply together, or use individually to create your own highlights and contours. The packaging is gorgeous. Dark purple lacquered cases with gilded palm tree leaves.

The Stylo Blackstar 3-in-1 Eyeshadow Stick (£25) comes in eight fabulous shades. My absolute fave is the Aqua Mint, an ice-cold mint green, the light of a shimmering ocean, apparently. I love it. I also love Midnight Ombre, a nightime sapphire blue. Other shades are Smoky Blck, Purpulyn Gem, Tasty Truffle, Copper Crush, Marron Glace, and Bronze Green.

The 3-in-1 part of the name refers to the fact each stick is an eyeshadow, an eye-liner, or a wash of colour for contouring, or just to add a touch of glow. Oh, and they are waterproof too.

Finally, By Terry’s Tea To Tan Summer Edition (£34). This Hydra-Bronze Shaker Spray Allover Water-Mist to give it its full title is a revelation.

Shake the bottle – comes in a handy travel-friendly 30ml – and see the micro-prisms releases their corrective satiny radiance.

It’s enriched with antioxidants of Black Tea and Red Tea, and toning Cherry Active Essence, and dried in a few seconds.

It’s 100% water, with just this gorgeous hint of colour.

Really indulgent, lovely summer product to have. And, again, the tropical-inspired packaging is really lovely.
