I love a bit of nautical fashion – it’s so clean, and crisp and summery. So, I love Paul Mitchell’s new Yacht Club Collection. The campaign visual makes me want to drop everything, and head off on a yacht – I can dream!
The collection includes brushes, styling tools, and special product sets. The Yacht Club Volume On Deck Duo (£23.50) comprises of Extra-Body Daily Boost, a fab product for giving fine hair a boost of volume at the roots, and Extra-Body Sculpting Foam. This creates lightweight body and volume for fine hair, adding flexible control, shine and moisture. It’s conditioning, and volumising, and preps hair for a big old full-body blowdry!
The Style Lifesaver Duo (£22) is the perfect hair lifesaver! It’s a clarifying and moisturising duo perfect for preping locks for any seaworthy style. Shampoo Three removes dulling build-up from hair, strengthens strands and minimises future build-up. Deep cleansers remove chlorine, iron and minerals, and it helps prevent that ‘chlorine green’ you can get from pools. Super-Charged Moisturizer delivers an intense dose of moisture for dehydrated hair while boosting shine and improving elasticity. It contains Panthenol, soy proteins and vitamin E.
The Limited Edition Paul Mitchell Yacht Club Brushes are fab. The Limited Edition 427 Paddle Brush (£12.25) is lovely and white with the Yacht Club logo. it helps build body while blow-drying, and provides a smooth finish. The Limited Edition 413 Sculpting Brush (£7.50) is a bold navy blue. It easily detangles wet or dry strands, and styles hair.
