Creme De La Mer Illuminating Eye Gel
Creme de la Mer have a new product launch in January, all about awakening your eyes – and also trying to bring a new consumer towards the brand. The Illuminating Eye Gel will retail for £100, which, although still a premium price, is lower than the usual Creme prices.
If you fancy trying out a Creme de la Mer product for the first time, you could do worse than this one. It does contain the brand’s legendary Miracle Broth, whose healing energies help fight against the early signs of ageing.
The new Illuminating Eye Gel contains innovative ferments – whatever those may be – along with light-bending sea pearls that instantly light up the delicate eye area. Which is always good, particularly in January, agreed?!
The skin around the eye, as we know – well, we should know – is thinner and more fragile than other areas, and it isn’t oily, so is prone to more dryness. Early signs of ageing and others signs of stress and fatigue will pop up here first, so target it ASAP!
This lovely eye gel blurs and brightens. It feels lovely to apply, and you really do only need a tiny amount. The product is good for six months once opened, and the bottle should see you through that time. Creme de la Mer gets its ingredients from the sea, as you may expect. There are three ingredients in this new product – The Miracle Broth, The Illuminating Ferment, and the New Awakening Ferment. It’s a wee bit frustrating not knowing what exactly is in these ferments, but they include anti-irritants and anti-oxidants.
Creme have also designed a clever acupressure technique to help awaken eyes at home or on the go! Apply The Illuminating Eye Gel around the eyes with ring fingers, followed by gentle tapping movements.
Place ring fingers at inner brows and slide along brows and temple. Place ring fingers at inner corner of eyes and slide under eyes to temples. Glide ring fingers in circles around the eyes. Apply small circles at temples with ring fingers. Cup hands and place them on top of eyes, gently pressing and opening hands.
