New from Clarins - Radiant and Clean!

Clarins have two lovely new products on counter this month – for radiance and cleansing. First up is the Instant Light Radiance Boosting Complexion Base which you might just need in the darkest days of winter which are yet to come! You can apply this after your moisturiser, or mix it with our foundation, and it will eliminate imperfections, and help you get that flawless skin look we all desire. It comes in three shades – rose, champagne and peach, and is bursting with skincare benefits – so it’s a real multi-functional product. It’s essentially a primer, but you don’t have to wear makeup over it, if you don’t want to.

For radiance, 3D Radiance pigments combined with the new High-Lumitech Complex fill the skin’s complexion with light and optically correct imperfections. For hydration, Katafray works to boost the skin’s natural hydration levels. For Environmental protection, the Clarins Anti-Pollution Complex has also been incorporated into the formulation with the white tea and succory dock-cress extracts protecting the skin against pollution and free radicals.

Nowadays, more than ever, urban pollution harms our skin, and causes damage that leads to premature ageing. In 1991, Clarins developed it’s first anti-pollution complex which was primarily incorporated into foundations, followed shortly by all Clarins day care products. For 2014, Clarins has now extended the range of anti-pollution products to include it’s first cleanser – Extra-Comfort Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream.

This cleanser eliminates all traces of pollution and detoxifies in addition to cleansing and nourishing skin. The key extract in the new Extra-Comfort Anti-Pollution Cleansing Cream is Moringa Seed. Known in India as ‘the miracle tree’, the seeds eliminates all traces of pollution by acting as a barrier against pollution particles and ensures the skin’s surface is rinsed of these impurities. Jojoba Oil is also included in the formulation, along with Mango and Shea Butter.
