Liz Earle Christmas

1 min read

It seems we love Liz Earle here in Scotland. According to some John Lewis data I’ve been having a look at Scottish shoppers picked up 1,152 gallons of Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser at their stores in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen this year! Wow. That’s a lot of cleanser.

The brand, taken over by Avon in 2010, has a cult following of fans, and does most of its business online. Liz Earle still works in a consultancy role with the company, but there are changes. Look out for something brand new next year – new lines, with very different packaging will be launched.

In the meantime, the old favourites are still there, and in fabulous Christmas gift sets. I love their little Christmas stars, holding nail polish,  lipstick,or mini Cleanse & Polish. The stars come in different colours. The C&P star is red, and contains a 30ml size of the cleanser and a muslin cloth for £5.50.

The Christmas Star with Strengthening Nail Colour in Moment in Time (blue tin) or Ebb Tide (green tin) are £7.50 each, and the Christmas Star with Signature Lip Colour in Hibiscus (red tin) or Tea Rose (purple tine) are £14 each.

My favourite gift set is the Beautiful Body Trio (£29) which contains full-size  Orange Flower Botanical Body Wash, Nourishing Botanical Body Cream, and Energising Body Scrub – three of my favourite Liz Earle products.
