Bobbi Brown Nude Beach Collection
Bobbi Brown’s summer collection is compact, simple and very, very pretty. The campaign image is beautiful, although I think I’d have preferred to see the gorgeous model outside in the sunshine, no?
The Nude Beach Collection is inspired by Bobbi’s favourite summertime look – not surprisingly, a natural one, and features very wearable sun-kissed shades for face and body, to help you create that bronzed, natural-looking glow we all crave (and many of us never, ever really can achieve!)
The collection begins with a Limited Edition Face & Bronzing Duo (£31). This is an update on Bobbi’s classic Bronzing Powder; a larger compact with two universally flattering shades. Apply separately or together, sweep them over our face, neck, decolletage and arms for the perfect summer, sun-kissed look.
The Sunless Tanning Gel for Face & Body (£24) is excellent for those of us that are no good in the sun, and will never really naturally tan (and do not burn trying to get there, it’s dangerous!).
I love the Sheer Colour Cheek Tints (£18), in three lovely shades – Nude Beach, Summer Pink and Sunlit Nude, and the Tube Tints (£16), for a sheer hint of lip colour – so easy to use, on the beach, at the pool. They come in Bronzed Pink, Naked, Pink Cloud and Air Kiss.
The Long Wear Cream Shadow Sticks (£20) aren’t limited edition, like the rest of the collection, but are perfect for summer easy makeup looks. The two summer shades are Sunlight Gold and Golden Bronze.
And finally, a lovely Shimmer Nail Polish (£11) in Pink Pearl, perfect to complement sun-kissed skin.
