Speckled Nails from Illamasqua - perfect for Easter!
The other day, I brought you green lipgloss from the new Illamasqua I’mperfection Spring collection. Today it’s the amazing Limited Edition Speckled Nail Varnishes (£14.50 each). Gorgeous polish in pastel shades with black speckles in, so it looks like bird eggs!
How fantastic is this? I love any new nail innovation. I guess these polishes are along the same principle of glitter polish, but just with black speckles, instead of glitter, suspended in colour.
I’ve been trying out two shades – Fragile – a lovely duck egg blue, and Freckle – a perfect taupe. There are three other colours – Mottle – a soft green, Scarce – a soft pink, and Speckle – a soft lilac. You need two coats, it goes on like a dream, and you are left with nails that I think look a bit like Cadburys’ mini eggs, don’t you agree?!
Perfect then for Easter – and why not start planning now – some of the shops have their eggs in already, you know!
