National Chocolate Week - it's Lush!

We’re slap bang in the middle of National Chocolate Week (10th to 16th October), and as well, or instead of stuffing your face with Mars Bars and Snickers (or was that just me?!), why not indulge in some fabulous chocolate products from Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics to give them their full name!

I don’t know about you, but I adore Lush! Their bath bombs are a staple in our house, and a visit to a Lush store is heaven for the senses. They do natural fragrances SO well, so you won’t be surprised at their huge range of chocolate goodies that smell good enough to eat.

I’ve done a little round-up of my favourites  for you to enjoy without worrying about calories or fat content!

1. Lush Cupcake Facemask, £5.50, contains Fair Trade cocoa butter, deep cleansing Rhassoul mud to absorb excess oils, and spearmint and peppermint for stimulation – perfect for teenage or oily skin – and has been bought by Mischa Barton no less!
2. Ma Bar Bubble Bar, £2.50, is an irresistible toffee and chocolate bubble bar containing bergamot and orange oil and it’s no wonder it’s a best seller – heaven in a bathtub!

3. Double Choc Lip Balm, £5.25, is a bit of a multi-tasker to be honest. Contains actual delicious real dark chocolate along with dark treacle, cocoa and icing sugar! Just try not to eat it all once it’s on. It also gives a deep berry shade – bang on trend this Autumn. And, you can use it on your cheeks as a cream blusher too!
4. Soft Coeur Massage Bar, £4.50, has a soft, molten chocolate centre. Made from Fair Trade organic cocoa butter and shea butter, you just need to melt the heart to get the choc! Andie McDowell bought this, don’t you know.
5. Friends With Benefits Massage Bar, £6.50, is one  sexy massage bar with a delicious chocolate orange scent. Contains tagetes (the essential oil from African marigolds) which has a slight chocolate note to it, so those Lush people have blended it with their  lovely  cocoa butter, which has its own strong chocolate scent. The result? A gorgeous chocolatey smelling, healing and soothing bar to share with special friends!
