Beauty Bargain of the Week - Banish Winter hands!

1 min read

We can all spend a fortune on beauty products, but we don’t need to. Every week, I’m going to bring you my ‘Beauty Bargain of the Week‘  – a product I’ve used, and would recommend, and that, on most occasions, costs less than a fiver! What’s not to like!

Although we’ve had slightly rubbish winter weather so far this year, we still need to look after our hands. Gloves are essential, as is a good hand cream. As far back as I can remember, my mum always had a tube or a tub of hand cream in her handbag.

I’ve inherited her love for it, and vary between expensive Sisley hand cream that cured my dermatitis, to the classic brands like Nivea and Atrixo.

But if you want something brilliantly effective at a good price, then look no further than Jergens Extra Softening Moisturising Hand Cream (£2.49, boots.com) which is my Beauty Bargain this week.

I already use the Jergens body creams – they are brilliant, and the handcream didn’t disappoint either.

The 75ml tube can be taken on board a flight, and you need it at altitude. It contains Shea Butter, Jojoba Seed, Soy and Yoghurt and smells great.

And, if you want to give your hands a special treat, apply cream and then wear cotton gloves overnight for super-soft hands!
