Lunar New Year Reflexology and Jo Malone collection
It’s the Lunar/Chinese New Year next Saturday (January 25), which got me thinking about the reflexology I had last week. It was the first time I had had this treatment in years, and it was fantastic. Loved every minute of it, and it pretty much cured the remains of my cold virus, and I haven’t coughed since!
Reflexology – the alternative therapy that uses pressure points on the feet to have an effect on other areas of the body – has its roots in Chinese history, so I thought it was an appropriate treatment to recommend this week. Oh, and look at these beautiful Limited Edition Jo Malone London English Pear & Freesia products, all specially repackaged for the Chinese New Year celebrations.
The much-loved fruity scent has been redressed in decadent red and gold. The collection includes both 100ml and 30ml Colognes adorned with bespoke tassels and for the first time ever features a Home Candle and Scent Surround Diffuser. For fragrant gifts and keepsakes, Jo Malone London has also produced an exclusive red envelope set, to be wrapped in an iconic decorative box and finished with a ruby-red ribbon available in select Boutiques nationwide – in Scotland you will find it in the Glasgow store.
Prices are from £50 for the 30ml Cologne and the Candle, to £104 for the 100ml. Find it online at jomalone.co.uk/lunar-new-year

When you massage the soles of your feet, you loosen the starting point of a network of connective tissue that runs all the way up your back body to the crown of your head. So it stands to reason that massaging your feet can loosen your hamstrings. #massage #tennisball #feet #leg #hamstrings #back #pelvis #homecare #pain #reduce
