(Royal) Wedding Prep

3 min read

There’s a wedding this weekend, did you know? Some ginger guy is marrying a TV star. Yep, it’s finally here – the Royal Wedding. Prince Harry will marry Meghan Markle in Windsor Castle this Saturday.

I’ve had TONS of press releases about the wedding for the last ooh, seems like a lifetime, and lots on Meghan’s beauty secrets and regime.

She’s a big fan of NIVEA Q10 Body Lotion apparently, and I now just have this image of her, down Boots picking up a 3 for 2 in the bodycare aisle.

I use this religiously,” she has been quoted saying of the product, which has just been upgraded with added Vitamin C. It now combines Coenzyme Q10 with Vitain C – two powerful antioxidants to moisturise and firm the skin. And it’s just £5.99.

Whilst we have no idea what Meghan is up to this week in her wedding prep, we can bring you lots of deals for wedding prep of your own, and perhaps a wee spa day to make you feel like a pampered Princess for a while.

Pele Hairdressing in Glasgow does some lovely up-dos. Will Meghan wear her hair up? Or will she go for a gorgeous down-do, with those lovely natural curls? Hair up at Pele Hairdressing is £20. This gorgeous up do is perfect for a Princess, agreed? There is also a tutorial on how to do it yourself on our Youtube channel

If you fancy trying a Big & Bouncy Blow Dry for that Princess look, then you need to go to the Domina Studio in Cathkin, who have an offer on a Friday and Saturday for just £15.

Gosh in Glasgow’s west end has Hair Up Tuesday to Friday for £15. Look how lovely this up-do is, below.

There are too many makeup deals to choose from on 5pm Spa and Beauty – follow this link for the most up to date offers.

If the Royal nuptials have you coming over all romantic, then a Spa Day for two is just what you need. The Spa Day includes your choice of an Elemis facial and back, neck and shoulder massage combined treatment, or a 50 minute Elemis facial, or a 50 minute full body massage. You get to use the relaxation suite after treatments, and there’s Afternoon Tea including a selection of sandwiches, cakes and scones, as well as a glass of Prosecco.
