Aveda's Helping Hand for Breast Cancer Awareness month

The global Aveda network will aim to raise $330,000 to help fund cruelty-free breast cancer research – with a helping hand from their Limited Edition BCA Hand Relief Moisturizing Creme, as well as other fundraising efforts.

Since 2001, the Aveda network and their customers have donated over $4m to Breast Cancer Research Foundation through sales of limited edition products.

Aveda seem to have settled on the Hand Relief Moisturizing Creme as their BC product, which comes in Limited Edition packaging for October.

This lovely cream contains Andiroba and Meadowfoam Seed Oil to instantly help nourish dry skin whilst helping to protect the skin’s moisture barrier. There’s Lactic acid (from sugar beet) to help smooth rough patches, and Glycerin to help intensively moisturiser.

This cream smells delightful thanks to the Aveda Rosemary Mint aroma this year – featuring certified organic rosemary and peppermint, with other pure flower and plant essences.

Aveda will donate $4 or the equivalent from each sale globally to the BCRF.

The Aveda BCA Hand Relief Moisturizing Creme, £22, is available now at salons, counters, and online at aveda.co.uk
