Future MAC

I’ve been playing around with the fabulously futuristic Future MAC collection for a week or so – and I love it.  It’s the next generation of hyper-luminous Mineralize products for eyes, lips and skin, and has some really fab, quirky pieces, and some very wearable, lovely products.

My absolute favourite product of all has to be the Mineralize Skinfinish Powder in Other Earthly (£24), a gorgeous trio of powders in one pan. Silver, metallic rose and bronze soft powders are perfect for adding highlights, or blending to use all over the face, and the body if you want. I love it.

There are five Mineralize Lipsticks (£21) in subtle and quirky shades. I love the Ionized metallic silver, and the Cybernaut neutral pink. Other shades are Touch The Earth, Meta-Fabulous, and Super Nova.

There are four lovely Mineralize  Glass lip glosses (£20) in four shimmery shades – Inter-Spatial, Tele Genius, The Zone and Anti-Reality, which are easy to wear, and perfect for summer. Use alone, or on top of lip colour for an added future-hit.

Nails (£10) are subtle, in Sweet Potion and Moonday, and there are two fun Eye Glosses (£14) which you can use on eyes, or anywhere as a highlighter.

I’m a sucker for a bit of a liquid highlighter, perfect for adding luminosity to your base, and I love to use them in the summer. These cute little MAC bottles contain Lustre Drops (£18) in Pink Rebel or Barbados Girl – one’s a soft rose pink, the other’s a champagne shade. These are teeny bottles, but a little goes a long way.

Finally, the collection has three Mineralize Eyeshadow Quartets (£34). This one, pictured, is Dark Energy, with metallic silver, teal iridescent, metallic blue and black with pearl eye colours. The other two palettes are Nano-Nude and Full-Orbit.
