DKNY Be Delicious Electric Collection

Wow! That was my reaction when I first took these new DKNY apples out of their boxes. These are BRIGHT! It’s that time of the year again – time for another Be Delicious collection to land in stores.

This year’s variation on the best-selling DKNY fragrance is electric – meet the DKNY Be Delicious Electric Collection. There are three to choose from: Be Electric Loving Glow, Be Electric Bright Crush, and Be Electric Citrus Pulse.

The DKNY Be Electric collection is bright, bold, fresh and energising. Inspired by city lights, it represents the urban jungle that is New York, of course.  So, let’s have a closer look at the three fragrances.

Be Electric Loving Glow is the bold pink apple, with a sparkle of juicy blackcurrant, tart grape and mouth-watering pineapple. It actually makes my mouth-water just typing this! So, the introduction is fresh and bright. Jasmine and Purple Violet mix with Apricot at the heart of the scent, and Vanilla, Amberwood and Musk leave a richer dry-down.

Be Electric Bright Crush is the bold green apple, and the top is, again, bright and fresh. Top notes are Dew Fruit, Bergamot, and Blackcurrant. The floral heart is Plum, Frangipani and Peony, and the dry-down is Amber, Vanilla, and Creamy Woods.

Finally, Be Electric Citrus Pulse is probably my favourite, a real zingy citrus with a gorgeous jasmine heart. Top notes of Nectarine, Mandarin, and Passion Fruit give you a zingy first impression. The heart is floral – Jasmine Absolute, Plumeria Blossom, and Magnolia. The sweet dry down is thanks to Benzoin, Musk and Sandalwood.

This bright collection, with bright, neon caps, and coloured scent – you get splashes of electric green, orange and pink!
