Philosophy launch a new skincare product this month – an overnight peel. It’s a two-stage, leave-on, anti-ageing peel which will help with wrinkles, loss of firmness and enlarged pores.  Bring it to us!

So, this two step product combines the micro-exfoliation of a peel, with the restorative benefits of an overnight sleep mask. I don’t know about you, but I do love popping products on before I sleep. I keep things at my bedside – my bedside table and drawers hold more than my bathroom beauty cupboard at times, it seems!

So, the reason behind this product, Philosophy say, is that it’s not enough to just peel. To maximise the benefits of surface skin removal, the underlying skin cells need care, particularly immediately after a peel when skin is most receptive to treatment. I will let the experts explain!

So, how does it work?

The Microdelivery Overnight Anti-Aging Peel is gentle-yet-effective, thanks to great ingredients and unique delivery methods of those ingredients.

In Step 1, the Aplha/Beta Hydroxy Acid leave-on peel solution refines skin featuring gold standard glycolic acid, and professional grade lacric acid, to gently warm skin on contact and help open pores. It also contains salycilic acid as an exfoliant.

In Step 2, the Youth-Extending Night Gel, is an innovative, cucumber-scented memory gel texture which is applied over the peel solution. It contains skin-strengthening  natural echinacea, anti-ageing peptides, anti-irritants oat extract, nd bisabolol to help cool, soothe and comfort the skin.
