Scottish Fine Soaps new look for 40

2 min read

Who doesn’t need a makeoever when they hit the big 4-0!? (I should know, been there, done that!) So, it’s no surprise that The Scottish Fine Soaps Company has  relaunched its website, and given two of its best-selling lines a makeover to celebrate their landmark anniversary.

Taking inspiration from contemporary Scottish trends in fashion, art and textiles, the company’s best-selling Au Lait and Sea Kelp collections have been restyled in a super-sleeky, modern way.

If you’re not familiar with these lines, then Au Lait offers a blend of natural goodness with real organic milk, with a touch of French chic. It’s soothing and nourishing, and the playful packaging design is based on  miniature cows that pays homage to the classic hounds tooth check, a Scottish design much loved by Coco Chanel. It looks fantastic!

The iconic and invigorating Sea Kelp collection is infused with nutrients and boasts a clean, fresh coastal fragrance to recreate a luxury ‘at home’ spa experience. The bold new packaging design has been transformed with a swirling aqua paisley print design inspired by Scotland’s shores.

We have been curating luxurious bath and beauty collections since 1974 and these new distinctive designs, inspired by contemporary Scottish design influences, celebrate 40 years of The Scottish Fine Soaps Company and herald a new era for our bath and beauty brand,” said The Scottish Fine Soaps Company’s Managing Director, Robert Ross. “Sold in over 30 countries worldwide, we’ve built an international reputation for the quality and consistency of our bath and beauty ranges.

“Yet we’re proud to remain a Scottish, family-owned business that still creates all our products on site by our 40-strong team at our facility near the Ochil Hills in Stirlingshire. Beauty trends may have changed over the decades but not our commitment to crafting products of the highest quality; developed, tested and made in Scotland.”

Prices start at just £3.50 for the collections which include hand care, bath and body, and gift sets. For more information, visit  the newly relaunched scottishfinesoaps.com, where at the moment there is a 15% discount on everything as part of the 40th celebrations. Fab! There are loads of other goodies – and plenty of soap – on the site to indulge in!
