Pedro Lourenco for MAC

Coming soon! This gorgeous range for MAC Cosmetics, by young Brazilian designer Pedro Lourenco is beautiful. It’s chic, classy and has something, I think, for everyone. Bold, daring colours are juxtaposed against soft nudes, all of them encased in gorgeous limited edition packaging.

For the eyes there’s a perfect Nude Quad (£33), to create a subtle eye with a subtle metallic finish. The Cream Colour Base (£16.50) in Hush, a soft peach with an icy shimmer can be used on eyes and cheeks for an icy lustre.

The Powder Blush Duo (£23) – in a really stunning, retro-style, compact is a light coral pink, with a mid-tone neutral plum. The latter is perfect for contouring the face. There are four Lipsticks (£16.50) – Peach Beige, Ruby, Roxo, and True Red. The three reds are brilliantly different, all of them stunning. The Lipglass (£15.50) comes in two shades – Gold Mirror and Mirror – a gold and a silver – sweep them lightly over your red lip to add another dimension to it.

Finally, there are two Nail Lacquers (£12) – Skin is a light peach beige and Flaming Rose, a classic, true red. Pedro Lourenco’s designs are classic with a quirky twist, his use of fabrics is beautiful, and if you haven’t seen his designs, have  a look here.
