Beauty Bargain of the Week - Blotting Paper

We can all spend a fortune on beauty products, but we don’t need to. Every week, I’m going to bring you my ‘Beauty Bargain of the Week‘  – a product I’ve used, and would recommend, and that, on most occasions, costs less than a fiver! What’s not to like!

You might want to sparkle during the festive party season, but you definitely do not want to shine – well, not on your face anyway! So, the best way to deal with that is to carry some blotting paper in your handbag.

I read somewhere recently on a forum that people were using cigarette papers instead, but seriously, come on people, this is not an acceptable beauty practice!

And blotting papers aren’t that expensive. Japanese brand, DHC has a cute-as-a-button little set in a vintage inspired packet for just £3 for 100 papers. Do not be tempted to buy cigarette papers!

These blotting papers are natural hemp fibre, and just press one against your shiny bits, to eliminate the glow when you don’t want it!
