Beauty Bargain of the Week - Neutrogena Face Scrub
We can all spend a fortune on beauty products, but we don’t need to. Every week, I’m going to bring you my ‘Beauty Bargain of the Week‘ – a product I’ve used, and would recommend, and that, on most occasions, costs less than a fiver! What’s not to like!
If it’s good enough for gorgeous Hollywood actress Jennifer Garner, then it’s good enough for us! Jennifer is brand ambassador for the Neutrogena Multi-Defence range – which protects against environmental aggressors – and the Gentle Purifying Scrub is this week’s Beauty Bargain.
Jennifer says she’s
been using Neutrogena products since she was a kid, and loves the new range. “I’m a huge fan of anti-oxidants and every woman out there should be! Most of the damage that happens to your skin is from environmental pollutants-the sun, the wind, pollution, indoor heating. Your skin is the first line of defence and you have to take care of it so that’s why I’m such a big believer in Neutrogena Multi-Defence.”
So, on Jennifer’s recommendation (!) I’ve been trying it out and it’s a decent cleanser, perhaps a bit much every day, but if you feel like you need an extra cleanse once or twice a week, I’d recommend this. Be careful though.
Like any scrub with anti-oxidant properties, this brings nasties to the core, so you may get the odd break-out after using it, so don’t use the day before a big date or night out!
There are six products in the range in total, and the prices are all great, but the scrub is just £3.79, and if you buy it at Sainsburys at the moment, until June 24th, you’ll get another 1/3rd off. Can’t get a better bargain that that really can you?
