If you haven't seen it yet, today's Big Deal on 5pm Health and Beauty  is a fabulous fish pediure at Serenity Sole - if you haven't let these little Garra Rufa fish nibble on your tootsies … [Read more...]

Nicola Roberts is a Dainty Doll

Wowzer - have you seen Nicola Roberts in the video for her debut solo single? Where is the awkward ginger one from Girls Aloud now, eh? Gorgeous Nicola transformed herself into a bit of an uber-fashion fan a few years ago, and launched her own makeup range, Dainty Doll, which, if you haven't seen, has the most adorable packaging on the boxes - little drawings of a 'Dainty Doll'! The products are pretty good as well, and we wonder if she's … [Read more...]

Elemis is oh so Posh!

I like Elemis as a brand - and their spa treatments are fabulous. Of course my endorsement means nothing, but you can imagine they were jumping through hoops at Elemis HQ when Victoria Beckham tweeted last month that she was a massive fan of the brand's Japanese Camellia Oil (£27.50), stating that she had used it through all four of her pregnancies. The product in question is a light oil, rich in plant collagens that helps to combat stretch … [Read more...]

Ojon relaunched

I'm on a bit of a hair-theme today - so I thought I'd bring you news from Ojon, who relaunch their whole range in the UK this week. If you haven't tried this Canadian-born haircare range yet, then you should. It's not my favourite haircare, but it runs a very close second to Paul Mitchell! The key ingredient is Ojon oil, which comes from the Ojon nut, which is found in the rain forests of Central America. The brand launched 10 years ago, but has … [Read more...]

A new kind of suncare…

So, the heatwave is on its way, and that means baring our bodies, soaking in the rays, and having fun in the sun. But, most importantly protecting ourselves from the harmful rays. Yes, okay, everyone loves a bit of a tan, and some in Scotland more than most, but without wanting to completely rain on the sunny parade, we have ridiculously high statistics for skin cancer - so get that suncream on! I am so looking forward to using this brand new, … [Read more...]

Hooray! But, if you aren't a fan of ice-cream, or would rather just not indulge, then we've got a brilliant beauty alternative - the ice-cream … [Read more...]
