Clinique announce Global Ambassador is Emilia Clarke

2 min read

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is Clinique’s new Global Brand Ambassador for skincare and make-up – and she looks fantastic in her first campaign shots for a new Clinique iD collection addition.

Blonde is definitely her colour!

We were drawn to Emilia because she is optimistic, happy in her skin, and embodies a modern multi-faceted woman who is constantly evolving along with her skincare needs. She is also an authentic user and fan of Clinique, which was important to us. Emilia will lend her impactful voice to help inspire consumers to embrace their own unique skincare journey – Jane Lauder, Clinique Global Brand President.

Emilia’s first campaign is for the Clinique iD line that launched a year ago – read more about it here. Clinique iD has been a big hit – it consists of four Dramatically Different bases – Hydrating Jelly, Moisturising Lotion or Oil-Control Gel, and a newer Tone Up Gel – which you combined with an active concentrate cartridge designed to address your specific skin concern. There are eight of these – for Compromised Skin, Sallow Skin, Reactive Skin, Uneven Skin, Irritation, Fatigue, Pores & Uneven Texture and Lines & Wrinkles.

You can create 20+ combinations from these plus the bases, so all skin types should be covered. And now there’s this new fifth Dramatically Different base – Moisturizing BB-Gel, which will give you oil-free hydration with a wash of colour. It contains hyaluronic acid and is great for a light moisturiser with a hint of a tint.

It’s a simple process – you just choose your base, add a cartridge for your main skin concern, and check out.

Clinique iD Dramatically Different Moisturizing BB-Gel + Active Cartridge Concentrate is £36, from Clinique counters and clinique.co.uk
