Autumnal Body Beauty + 5pm Deals

3 min read

It’s time to hunker down, get cosy and pamper yourself. You can do that in a spa – plenty of deal on 5pm Spa and Beauty – or you can do it at home, with some lovely autumnal body products.

I love the new The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin range, which includes this fab Body Butter (£15) which is infused with Madagascan vanilla and the aroma of roasted pumpkins but be quick, it’s selling fast!

The Body Shop’s Thai Makrut Lime Firming Oil (£18) is infused with zingy makrut lime, praised by Thai women for its stimulating and uplifting ascent – ideal for re-awakening your senses in the autumn months.

Weleda’s Rosemary Invigorating Bath Milk (£14.95, lookfantastic.com) is perfect for a short, pick-you-up bath, and not a milk to take a long lie in – 20 minutes max is recommended. This milk will stimulate circulation and drive away any feeling of tiredness. it’s 100% vegan, and you can use it in the shower, just apply and step in.

The ESPA Soothing Body Oil (£34) is a gorgeous aromatic oil that will help relax any busy mind. Sandalwood, Rose Geranium and Frankincense help unwind with their soothing and restful properties. Myrrh helps ease the mind, while Sweet Almond Oil deeply nourishes the skin.

Crystal Clear Quartz Spa Happiness Bath & Massage Oil (£37) pampers and refreshes with sweet orange, grapefruit and lemon. The heavenly scent coupled with the crystal-infusion will help body and mind enter deep relaxation when added to a bath for a soak. It’s also packed with skin softening and smoothing ingredients like avocado, strawberry and grape seed oil. Gently massage into damp skin by warming a small amount in the hands and applying all over the body.

If you want to relax fully, then head for a gorgeous body treatment in a spa. Here are a few of our faves on 5pm Spa and Beauty. There are plenty of other brilliant deals on treatments on the site.

At the Popinjay Hotel in Carluke, you can indulge in the Total Indulgence Package, available Saturday and Sunday. For £85 the deal includes an aromatherapy back massage, back massage or Indian head massage, mini facial, back scrub, light lunch and glass of wine or fresh fruit juice, as well as the use of spa facilities, robes and towels.

ESPA is a gorgeous spa brand, so what nicer than a full body massage with ESPA products? You can get that at the Village Spa Glasgow in the city centre, for £59 for a 55-minute treatment.

At Esteem Beauty in the West End of Glasgow, you can get a Deep Tissue Body Massage, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, for just £29. Fifty minutes of heaven, particularly if you have any stiffness or muscle aches, or just pains from day to day life. This massage uses techniques to target and manipulate the muscles on a deeper level.
