Guerlain's Terracotta On The Go

Guerlain’s Terracotta collection for this summer has some really interesting new pieces – perfect for on-the-go makeup.

I work from home, so I tend to do my makeup at my desk, but I also love the ease of a product you can just sweep over your skin, especially in the summer.

The new Terracotta sticks, loose powder and palette can all be taken with you wherever you go without weighing you down – and the packaging is super-chic.

The Contour & Glow Palette (£50) is as fab as you’d expect, and contains a matte to metallic spectrum with powders to contour, bronze, blush, and highlight.

There are two sticks – the Skin Highlighting Stick (£34) which comes in four shades, and creastes a perfect sun-kissed glow. Each stick has gorgeous glittery, shimmery particles to awaken your complexion, and can be applied wherever you need a little lift. It comes in four shades, Gold, Nude, Bronze, and Blush.

I have the Gold stick, and it’s subtle enough on a pale complexion like mine, to just add a sunny glow, and not overpower my own skintone.

The Skin Foundation Stick (£34) contains sweet orange extracts to preserve the skin hydration, and each of the six shades has a coated pigment to help the complexion stay luminous. The shades are Light, Intense, Deep, Medium, Fair and Natural. I’ve not tried this, but I do love the ease of a stick foundation.

The Touch Loose Powder To Go (£39.50) is an online exclusive, and comes in three shades. This is a mattifying formula that gives your skin a little bit of help when you want to tone down that shine.

Allthe products are scented with the lovely Terracotta scents, and the highlighting stick seems to also have a lovely cooling effect.
