If you are in the Cult of Charlotte, you probably know all about the new Luxury Palette of Pops already. What are fans of this massively successful brand called? Tilburians? Charlottans? Hmmm, that maybe doesn’t sound right! Charlettes?!
Whatever, there are a lot of you out there, and CT just keeps on producing new products. The latest are these Luxury Palette of Pops – eyeshadow palettes that are all glittery, perfect for this time of year.
There are two – Starlight and Supersonic Girl.
Starlight is a quad of starlight-inspired shades, that are, according to Charlotte, for ‘smouldering light-to-dark supernatural eye makeup’. Apparently, she has bottled (or pressed into powder, maybe?) the magical and metallic light-play of the galaxy’s planets.
Okay then. It’s a very nice quad, with fab metallics for party season.
Supersonic Girl is a quad of warm peach to rich red, ‘meteor-shower-inspired’ colour-coded hues . Again, Charlotte has bottled the galaxy thing here, just in different shades, obviously.
The shadows contains multi-reflecting pearls – with brilliant mirror-like multifaceted reflection, they offer high transparency and superb lustre, and glossy ester – this brings colour intensity and brightness to boost vibrancy, it’s a compound formed when an acid and alcohol blend, sounds horrendous, but it’s not!
You can apply these molten shades wet or dry. When using dry, the palette is best applied using your fingers to the centre of the eyelid to help press on the pigment for an intense colour pay-off. When using wet, dampen a brush and apply – you will then see the intensity and vibrancy of the shades.
Both palettes are £39, and are available now on charlottetilbury.com
