NEW bareMinerals BAREPRO Concealer

I’ve not used any other concealer since the launch of the Bobbi Brown Instant Full Cover Concealer last year.

As luck will have it, as my tube of it is about to run out, this new BAREPRO Full Coverage Concealer from bareMinerals has landed on my desk.

Unlike the Bobbi concealer, which is a liquid with a doe foot applicator, this is a stick. It’s been a while since I’ve used a stick concealer – they bring back all sorts of horrendous teenage makeup memories – I’m sure you have similar!

BUT … this is 2018, and concealers are WAY more advanced than those of the 1980s, thankfully!

This stick concealer is ultra-creamy and highly pigmented and goes on beautifully. it glides on, say BM, and it really does. It also doesn’t gather in the wee lines under the eyes, valiantly takes care of dark circles, and attends to other blemishes with the same vigour!

It’s a warrior concealer!

It contains something called Mineral Lock™ Long Wear Technology for stay-all-day wear, and claims to offer 16 hours of coverage – no mean feat.

It contains antioxidant-rich Raspberry Seed Oil, Blackcurrant Seed Oil and Sea Lavender to nourtish, hydrate and help defend against free radical damage.

it comes in 10 shades,  calibrated to match the brand’s BAREPRO Liquid and Powder Foundations.

bareMinerals suggest you apply it after liquid foundation or before powder foundation. Its so handy to use in the stick, and you really do get a lot of concealer converage but with none of the nastiness like caking, sitting, or smudging that can happen.
