Bea Skincare Super Vitamin C Serum

I like discovering new beauty brands – there are so many of them out there. The latest to land on my desk is Bea Skincare, developed by Skin Specialist Bianca Estelle.BEA skincare

Developed in conjunction with an FDA-certified laboratory in the US, and with her background in ‘cosmeceuticals’ (I don’t really like that word, it really doesn’t mean anything!), the brand has some pedigree to it.

And if you visit the website you will see that there are some interesting products in the range, including Gluthathione Vitamin Suppositories…

But let’s concentrate on the Vitamin C 20% & Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Both of those ingredients are massively popular in the beauty world right now. Hyaluronic Acid is a key ingredient in much skincare, and Vitamin C is a perfect brightening ingredient. At this time of year, we want more and more radiance to our poor, tired, winter-fatigued skin, agreed?

So, adding a serum like this to our routine is a great way to do it. It contains a huge 20% Vitamin C – or asorbic acid, useful against uneven skintone and in minimising age spots, as well as defending against external aggressors -like the cold winter weather.

Hyaluronic Acid is often referred to as nature’s natural water magnet, and is naturally occurring in our skin , and helps lighten hyperpigmentation, minimise sun damage, and decrease skin puffiness. But, as we age, we don’t produce the same amount, so we need to add it.

So, combine the two and your skin will seem more even, more radiant, and will be hydrated and protected. Perfect. Use twice daily, in the morning and at night, and only use a little, over the face and neck. Don’t use on the eye area. Follow with moisturiser, or another serum for an extra boost.
