This modern matte makes your lips look instantly fuller and wider. Charlotte created this colour to echo the many British heriage worlds of the Queen – from the reds in a quintessential Wimbledon strawberry picnic, to the royal red in the
Union Jack flag, to the iconic red of the Royal Post Boxes to the Royal Variety red carpet.

It is, apparently, also inspired by the Queen’s beautiful bold colour choices – Ma’am does love a bit of colour. Apparently, when asked about her colour choices, the Queen once replied “I have to be seen to be believed!”. This is one of Charlotte Tilbury’s favourite quotes.

So, how to apply? Charlotte advises you trace the natural outline of your lips with her Lip Cheat Lip Liner to create the stencil for the lipstick, and then fill in using The Queen straight from the bullet, which is handily shaped like a square-tipped lipstick brush for ease and precision.
