Guerlain Autumn 2016 Collection
Ah, I just love the new Guerlain Autumn 2016 Collection. It’s just so simple, yet so stylish, and so pretty. Made up of just six eyeshadow palettes, two lipsticks, and one liner, you can actually create all sorts of looks, depending on the palettes you choose, from everyday wear to glamorous nights out.
I adore the lipsticks – Fall to Red and Fall to Nude, are brand new shades of Guerlain’s Kiss Kiss Lipstick (£27), which is housed in beautiful packaging.
The rest of the focus is on eyes, with six beautiful 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow Palettes (£43). This easy-to-use range of shades combines a base to illuminate and even, two nude tones to subtly enhance, and two smoky, more sophisticated shades that intensify the whole look. Applied separately or layered, the shades match to perfection. The result is gorgeous, and the colours are strong, but subtle too.
Pick the right palette for you, and you can create every look you need from extremely natural to an intense smoky eye, day after day. My favourite is probably the Apres L’Ondee, because I am a sucker for blue eyeshadow. A blue-based smoky eye rocks!

L’Heure De Nuit is all about silver with a gold accent.
Tonka Imperiale has rich brows and neutrals
Coque D’Or has rich golds, and a gorgeous goldy-green.
Bois des Indes has more muted browns, of all shades, with a pale neutral
To finish the eye, Guerlain’s Precision Felt Eyeliner (£27) is a must. The felt applicator allows for subtle coverage, or a big, ultra-graphic Adele-style flick!
