Clarins new Lipstick and Lip Base
Clarins are launching two new products perfect for getting your lips ready for any Valentine’s Day smooching! New Joli Rouge Brilliant Lipstick and Instant Light Lip Perfecting Base both launch this month. 
The Instant Light Lip Perfecting Base will make lipstick last even longer. It’s a transparent base for lips, rich in plant extracts, which will smooth, moisturise and help your lip colour last longer.
It’s enriched with all sorts of active skincare ingredients to improve the hold of your lipstick.
There’s Acacia gum botanical pearls to smooth lips and even out lines, Shea butter to soften the lips, and Jojoba, sunflower and mimosa wax complex to trap water molecules on the skin’s surface, rebuilding the lipid film, providing lips with nutrition, moisture and comfort.
It also contains a plumping peptide to boost hyaluronic acid and collagen synthesis to maintain optimum hydration which in turn keeps lips plump.
There are also ingredients Gamma oryzanol and tocopherol to protect lips from harmful effects of free radicals.
It’s a transparent, soft texture, and is comforting to use, and lip colour does last longer when applied on top.
That lip colour should of course be Clarins’ new Joli Rouge Brilliant Lipstick. These moisture-enriched lippies offer a range of new shades with finer pearl particles for a subtle veil of sheer colour. 
They are the high-shine lipstick sister to Joli Rouge Lipsticks. They already promise six hours of moisture and wear, thanks to organic marsh samphire extract and mango oil.
They go on easily, and are perfectly sheer for summer time lips. They also have a delicious scent of red berries – Clarins signature lipstick fragrance, of course.
The shades available are Guava, Raspberry, Coral Tulip, Rose Blossom, Hot Fuchsia, Tea Rose, Fig, Cherry, Watermelon, Hibiscus, Pink Praline, and Soft Berry.
