Tom Ford Lips and Boys are BACK!
Tom Ford launched his LIPS AND BOYS collection last year around this time, but it was only available in limited places, for a limited time. This year, he’s brought it back, expanded it, and expanded where you can get it!
Lips And Boys are mini Tom Ford Lipsticks, all named after men in Tom’s life. Men he admires, from friends, to lovers, to collaborators, to men he just finds inspiring. Last year’s 25 shades return, including favourites like Collin, Holden and Giacomo, and they are joined by 25 new boys, including Ansel and Joaquin, Drake and Rocco. The luxurious new shades are in a pearlescent, metallic finish.
Designed to be worn on their own, or layered with one another, these lovely little lipsticks are the perfect stocking filler for any beauty and/or Tom Ford fan.The three shades in this image are Daniel, Vladimir and Guillermo. All a wee bit neutral for me, right enough, but you get the idea.
Lips and Boys are a great way of trying Tom Ford lipsticks if you haven’t already. They’re small, cute little bullets – you can see the difference to the regular lipstick I have photographed one of the Lips and Boys with. (I think that regular lipstick is Rouge Fatal).
If you want all 50 (is that not just a wee bit greedy? Does anyone need that many boys?!), then you can purchase the whole collection for ooh, about £1300, all beautifully boxed. If you want just one, they are £27 each.

Then it’s Demsey (what sort of name is that?!) to Henry. All of these shades are a little neutral for me..and I am not sure i could wear a lipstick called Derek...
Hiro to Giacomo next – Hiro’s a lovely coral/orange, and Justin is my favourite so far!
Next it’s Kingston to Rafael. Oh, Rafael, I do love you, you bold and bright orange boy. And you, Luciano, a gorgeous red!
Finally, Richard to Xavier. Roberto is my husband’s (Italian) name, so I should be choosing that orange shade here, but I do love the look of Rocco!
They launch exclusively on November 27, in Selfridges, but go nationwide on November 30. And they are here to stay! How lovely of them!
