A health reboot with All About Juice

January is over, the healthy eating good intentions have fallen by the wayside, and once again you’re stuck in a sluggish rut, sneaking a biscuit at every opportunity.

February does that to you. Setting the good intentions is easy, sticking to them is another matter.

So along to help is All About Juice, a nutrition and lifestyle centre in Glasgow’s West End.

Hair, skin and nails

Natalie Blue, owner of All About Juice, is Member of the Royal Society of Public Health so she has plenty of knowledge about what is good and bad for you.

She is a passionate advocate of juicing and healthy eating, having seen the difference it has made to her own life, as well as the clients she has worked with.

“A juicing cleanse makes a massive difference to your body and you can see it in your hair, skin, and nail conditions. A lot of people are surprised to find they sleep better too,” Natalie said.

“Juicing also helps bloating and, although I don’t promote it as a weight loss solution, it does help you lose weight.” (Our Spa & Beauty manager Gillian lost 6lbs in three days: one inch each of her thighs. two inches from her bum and three inches from her waist.)

Cleanse package

All About Juice’s three day cleanse package, which is available to purchase on 5pm Spa & Beauty, includes four bottles a day for three days, filled with fresh vegetables and fruits.

All the ingredients are cold pressed, ensuring no vitamins and minerals are destroyed by heat.

The aim of the cleanse is to rid the body of toxins created by caffeine, naughty food and alcohol, and encouraging long terms healthy eating habits.

“The three day juice cleanse is not a fad diet, it’s more of a health reboot,” Natalie said.

Health reboot

“Not only is it a reboot for your health, it’s also the ideal way to sneak fruit and vegetables into the diet of people who don’t generally eat fruit and vegetables.”

“Coming away from the cleanse, my aim is for people to recognise how much better they feel and to introduce more fruits and vegetables into their diet.”

£75.00 for the three day cleanse package at All About Juice on 5pm.
