Body Beautiful with Aveda
Aveda has two gorgeous new body products out early next year – Beautifying Creme Cleansing Oil, and Beautifying Body Moisturizer.
The gorgeous Beautifying Aroma originated in the Beautifying Composition, which was one of the earliest composition oils in the Aveda collection. It is one of the absolute favourites, containing Bergamot, Rosemary and Lavender. These two gorgeous products are just perfect for those dark January evenings, when a pamper session in the bathroom with the heating up is just what the Doctor ordered!
The Beautifying Creme Cleansing Oil is a gentle body cleanser, enriched with a nourishing plant oil blend to wash away impurities. It contains organic Safflower and Olive oils and smells, of course, heavenly. The Body Moisturizer contains those oils, and Shea butter and nourishes the skin.
Aveda have come up with a lovely little pampering routine. To experience the uplifting aromatic experience of the Beautifying body care system, so this daily ritual with deep diaphragmatic breathing and gentle massage will invigorate your spirit and beautify your body!
Step 1: Apply Beautifying Creme Cleansing Oil to the palms of your hands and place cupped hands over nose. Take three deep diaphragmatic breaths.
Step 2: Gently massage product into a lather and cleanse body using the Ayurveda technique of circular motions at the joints and long back-and-forth motions in-between joints, before rinsing.
Step 3: After showering or bathing, massage Beautifying Body Moisturizer into the body, again using the Ayurveda technique.
Top Tip: For extra moisture, add a drop of Beautifying Composition to your bath or your Beautifying Body Moisturizer, not forgetting to massage into your cuticles to help soften and condition.
