Illamasqua Skin Base Mixers

Illamasqua have introduced a range of four Skin Base Mixers, available on counter only, so they can give you the very best advice on what your complexion needs. They are tackling the common concern of colour correction by creating these little tubes of mixer, and guding you to exactly teh right one for your skin, and giving you it for free!

Yes, that’s right  – FREE! (with any purchase of Skin Base Foundation (£32)). There are four to choose from, each working in unison with the Illamasqua Skin Base Foundation, each with its own specific purpose.

To lift your skin tone and add instant brightness, a few drops of White mixed in or under your base. To reduce redness and balance an uneven olive skin tone, mix some Amber with your Skin Base Foundation. To add warmth, add some Terracotta – this will blur any unwanted pigmentation – aim to apply around the eyes, mouth and hairline.

Chestnut is the mixer for you if you want to add further depth to, alternatively, create a chiseled under-contoured finish. The Illamasqua Colour Creatives on counter will advise you exactly what you need an how to use it.

At the moment, these Skin Base Mixers are only available at counter, so you get the best advice with them. I’m pretty sure at some point they will be launched for sale. Makeup artist in particular are going to love these for their kits.
