Clinique Moisture Surge Compact
Clinique launched their CC Cream last year, as part of their Moisture Surge range, and I quite liked it. You can recap on the review here. Now, they’ve launched their Moisture Surge CC Cream Compact Hydrating Colour Corrector SPF25 – basically an alternative to the originl, in compact form.
It’s a multi-functional, colour correcting treatment product, and I am a fan of these CC creams. This hydrates, protects and perfects all at once. It’s rich in moisturising agents that comfort dry skin upon application, and all day thereafter. I have quite dry skin, and I do find this hydrates well.
The Colour Correction part of this product is obviously the main reason for choosing it as a base. It goes on really smooth, with the sponge applicator provided, and the colour correcting optics visibly correct a range of complexion concerns. Dully, ashy skin appears bight, sallow, yellow skin turns into a peachy glow, and blotchy redness is neutralised. It certainly helps with redness for me.
It has an SPF25 and a blend of sunscreens for UVA/UVB protection protect against environmental assaults on the skin. It comes in six different shades, and gives a moderate coverage, and leaves your skin looking really radiant.
