Art Sticks from Bobbi Brown

I LOVE these new Art Sticks from Bobbi Brown! I’ve been using mine since early March – the bright Harlow Red shade – and I am just in love with it! The antithesis of all the lip crayons we have seen on the beauty vounters of late, Bobbi Brown has gone old-school and invented something that is just brilliant.

It’s a huge, chunky dual-function product, combining the ease of a lipstick with the precision of a lip pencil. Sharpened, you can use this to line the lips, and then fill them in.

The Art Sticks come with their own sharpener, and if you have been spoiled by twist-up crayons, it might take a bit getting used to again, sharpening a pencil, but, well, it’s not that tough is it?! And it’s worth it to use this brilliant new lip product.

Bobbi’s Art Sticks contain the perfect blend of Shea Butter and vegetable derived oils, to create a really rich texture, easily blendable, and super smooth on application. The colour does stay for a good while, but I have to confess that sometimes I do still like to apply a lip-liner all over before my Art Stick for double, all-day long colour!

The Art Stick comes in eight shades. Harlow Red was made for me! The other shades are Rose Brown, Sunset Orange, Cherrywood, Electric Pink, Dusty Pink, Cassis and Bright Raspberry.
