L'Wren Scott found dead
I was shocked when the news came through late yesterday afternoon that fashion designer and model, and girlfriend of Mick Jagger had been found dead in her apartment in New York, an apparent suicide.
L’Wren Scott recently collaborated with Bobbi Brown on a mini collection which was launched in February to coincide with her London Fashion Week SS14 show. That show was cancelled late on.
The collection with Bobbi Brown was launched exclusively into Selfridges, but some of it is still available to buy on the Bobbi Brown website, and includes two key pieces. L’Wren was inspired by the Amnesia roses she has grown at her Loire Valley chateau.
The Amnesia Rose Palette (£50) featuring an impressionistic sketch of L’Wren, features choices for eyes, lips and cheeks. The Limited Edition Lip Color (£22) comes in four shades – Cosmic Lily, Wine, Vintage Red and Heather Mauve.
