Be Delicious City Blossom DKNY

DNKY Be Delicious have just launched another three Limited Edition Collection fragrances in the shape of the City Blossom Collection and they are, well, utterly delicious! They are inspired by the apparently growing trend for urban rooftop gardens in New York, the home of DKNY. How fab!
There are three to choose from – Rooftop Peony, Urban Violet and Empire Apple. I can’t make my mind up which one I love the most, but I think Urban Violet just edges it. It’s a powdery, light floral. You can just smell the top notes of mandarin, blackberry, raspberry and red delicious apple blossom, but this isn’t a sharp scent. Rose, freesia and violet accents bring it right down, and the base notes of sandalwood, orris and musk pull it further down still to a light, powdery, woody scent.
Rooftop Peony has top notes of mandarin, bergamot, pink lady apple blossom and cassis, accents of rose absolute, peony and raspberry it’s a fruity, fresh, floral, with base notes of sandalwood, amber and reseda to ground the scent. It is very fruity, but the peony shines through.
Empire Apple is the classic Be Delicious fragrance in the lovey limited edition botanical inspired packaging that all three scents have. Classic Empire Apple has top notes of American Apple Extract, cucumber, grapefruit and magnolia, with accents of tuberose, white muget, rose and violet, and a base of sandalwood, blonde wood and white amber. This one is not my favourite fragrance, but it is HUGELY popular!
