Snow Queen makeup

It’s not really been at all cold enough to snow yet, has it? Bit disappointing if you want a white Christmas. But it doesn’t need to be snowing, to adopt the wintry Snow Queen look in your makeup. Think bright, clear faces, with a hint of white, a bit of arctic blue, and perhaps a little touch of pale pink.
