Sisley Supremya Yeux La NuitIf I could only use one beauty brand it would be Sisley. Of course, I’m lucky – my job has afforded me – no pun intended – the opportunity to become familiar with one of the high-end brands that many can only dream of. But…if you think you are one of the latter, then try realising your dream. If you love beauty products, you will adore Sisley.

So, save up, ask for it as a gift, but try and sample some of their lovely products. It is easy for me to sit here, having tried Sisley new launches for the last decade or so, but I truly believe their products work. I constantly get mistaken for a lot younger than I am (I’m not bragging here, honestly!), so there must be something in this beauty product lark!

The latest to launch this month is the Supremya Yeux At Night Eye Serum. To accompany their Supremya La Nuit, this eye contour cream promises to address dark circles, puffiness, tired eyes, and fine lines and wrinkles, in the eye area – the most susceptible to obvious ageing. It’s the area of the face most of us show signs of ageing first.

At the heart of the formula is Phyto-Complex LC12 (12-hour Longevity Concentrate), patented by Sisley. This is a powerful combination of four plant-based active ingredients which helps to extend the lifespan of cells. Improves their quality of life by stimulating cellular self-repair. Supremya Yeux combats dark circles, and that tired eye look with a combination of Acai extract, yeast and caffeine, and targets those fine lines and wrinkles with oat kernel and peptidic soy.

Yes, this little tube of eye cream is £170. The face cream to match is over £400. But, I defy anyone to use a Sisley product and dislike it. I have used many over the years – masks, cleansers, foundations, moisturisers, and my absolute favorite of all – their Nutritive Handcare handcream which cleared up the worst attack of dermatitis I ever had, after all else had failed.

Their red lipliner is so good, you don’t even need a lipstick when you wear it – its formula doesn’t dry out my lips. They are a beautiful, independent French brand, and if you can get acquainted with them, you really should!

As for this new eye cream, I am in the middle of using it. I’ll let you know how I get on.
