Sunscreen from Nivea

It’s been unbelievable weather in the last few weeks, hasn’t it? It’s still sunny this week, if a little cloudy at times, and I am off to the melting heat of London today for a work trip.

I’ll be taking a Facial Spray with me, and my absolute favourite sunscreen this year – Nivea Sun Protect & Refresh Invisible Cooling Mist.

It’s the first aerosol sunscreen from Nivea and it gives great protection, with a wonderful cooling sensation. Once you try this, you will just want to keep spraying! It’s a really fine, clear mist, which contains menthol to create the cooling sensation when sprayed.

It can be used from all angles, thanks to the 360 degree valve, and is so simple to use. Just spray it on and rub it in if you like. It’s convenient, cooling, easy to apply and comes in SPF 20, 30 and 50.

Sunscreen is so important in this heat – you don’t just get burned on holiday! Make sure when you bare your skin, you apply and re-apply.

I think I probably apply this too much – I just love the cooling sensation when I feel myself over-heating in the sun. It’s not often that happens in Scotland! Long may it continue!
