Something (Dramatically) Different from Clinique...
Get ready for this – a week today sees the launch of the newly reformulated Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+. Yes, it’s the famous yellow moisturizer from Clinique, part of their famous 3-step plan, and it has been six and a half years in the making.
Dramatically Different Moisturizer was the first dermatologist developed moisturiser and according to 2012 date, it is the best -selling women’s skincare product in the UK.
The new reformulated version to promise 54 per cent improvement in skin’s barrier strength in 8 weeks, without changing the famously silky texture, and double the moisturisation levels for comfortably hydrated skin all day without an extra drop of oil.
It took three formulating dermatologists, 53 researchers, and 100 formula trials to get the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ just right!
Clinique’s Product Development team worked together with Clinique’s guiding dermatologists to review new ingredients and conduct meticulous testing before they approved ‘the one’.
It contains Hylauronic Acid, proven effective in hydration, Glycerin, a well known humectant which attracts moisture to the skin, and urea, a naturally occuring component in the production of skin’s own natural moisturising factor.
The new formula underwent extensive sensory testing – the biggest Clinique has ever undertaken. Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion has been helping women achieve great skin for 45 years, so it was important to ask loyal fans from around the world their thoughts on the new formula. Over 1600 women of different ethnicities across five countries participated including existing, lapsed and new users and the new Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+ received glowing reviews all around. Skin was soft and smooth, and stayed consistently comfortable and moisturised throughout the day.
