Estee Lauder relaunch Advanced Night Repair again!
There are quite a lot of relaunches and reformulations happening in the beauty world at the moment – and the latest is from Estee Lauder. It’s a brand new reformulation of their hero product, Advanced Night Repair.
This new Advanced Night Repair Synchronized Recovery Complex II is, Lauder say, the result of groundbreaking research on cellular Catabolysis in the skin. I am not about to pretend that I understand this, or that I digested the scientific fact sheet that came with the press releases and product sample.
Apparently, Catabolysis, is a critical nighttime cellular repair process, which peaks in the cells at night, and is pivotal to skin’s natural repair. Their newly reformulated Advanced Night Repair takes advantage of this process, with new technologies employed. The new formula contains technologies that help with purifying, synchronizing (knowing when the skin is renewing itself in the night), anti-pollution, daily prevention, and continuous hydration – that’s thanks to hyaluronic acid.
So, essentially it’s dong the same as before, but more. It slows down the look of premature ageing, dramatically reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps skin radiance and evenness of skintone. It feels, looks and smells the same as before, so if you are a fan, don’t worry, this change is only for the better!
