Bobbi Brown Sheer Lip Color

I’m a matte lipstick fan – but in the summer, sometimes, a smudge of sheer is enough.  Bobbi Brown Sheer Lip Color will give you just that. You apply it straight from the tube onto clean, bare lips, and it gives a decent covering of colour, with benefits.

Those benefits come from the gorgeous ingredients – Shea Butter, Murumuru Butter and Apricot Kernel Oils. This lipstick is more than colour – it works at improving the condition of your lops instantly, and over time.

There are loads of colour choices as well – 14 in total, thought disappointingly, for me, no sheer red.

But there are neutral, bright or deep shades – plenty of them – and one called Bobbi, a lovely neutral nude, of course!

I tried out Passion Fruit, a sheer, medium pink, and it’s very pretty – and has a lot more colour coverage than I perhaps expected.

I think the lighter shades are a nice alternative for summer, if you are normally a full-on, matte coverage, bold colour-wearer, like me.
