Makeup artist Lisa Eldridge – who is creative director for Boots No7, and counts Kate Winslet, Kiera Knightley and Vanessa Redgrave amongst her many celebrity clients, has created a storm with the latest video on her website – Modern Makeup for Over 50s.
It’s a fantastic tutorial for older women – perfect for your mum, auntie, or granny perhaps this Mother’s Day weekend?
In just two days the video has been watched almost 100,000 times, with over 15oo comments left.
“Most women over the age of 50+ want to know how to approach foundation so that it won’t emphasise lines and how to make up their eyes,” says Lisa.
Lisa’s tutorial features the lovely 64-year-old Yvonne Ellis, and shows how to create a dewy, natural look, enhancing Yvonne’s beauty, and making her look modern and fresh. Lisa uses products from brands like Bobbi Brown. Rimmel, Max Factor, No7, L’Oreal and Clinique, amongst others.
