Have a Lush Christmas!
I love Lush. There’s nothing nicer than running a hot bath and throwing a Bath Ballistic or Bubble Bar in. And I can’t wait to try out some of the new festive offerings this year. If you are looking for little extras, or last minute stocking fillers, then I suggest grabbing a few of these.
Bath Ballistics new for this year include Father Christmas (£3.25), who fizzes in your bath, turning the water from bright red to vivid green! The scent is mandarin, bergamot and orange blossom. Maybe Party Popper (£2.95) is the most fun! It shots around the bath, popping candy crackling as it goes, blasting out pink and blue trails of colour, and some special soap paper, made from soap flakes and fresh honeydew melon – this is an amazing Lush invention, patent applied for! Once the bath bomb has fizzed away, use the soap paper to wash. It has an uplifting scent of bergamot and tangerine and rose.
If you like bubbles, you’ll love Santa’s Sack (£4.15) which is filled with presents made with reusable bubble bar, so you can get three baths out of this one! Pull out the presents for another time and crumble the sack under running water, and chill in masses of spicy bubbles and allow the tagetes, neroli and tonka oils to warm the skin. The Bubblebeard wand (£4.95) is a reusable bubble bar, shaped like Santa’s moustache, and will give you masses of white, skin softening, twinkling bubbles that smell of lovely sandalwood, lavender and neroli.
Sandy Santa sugar scrub (£2.95) is perfect to help eliminate all the overindulgence and toxins of the festive season. Use in the shower, work in circular motions over any areas you need attention on. Contains uplifting orange, rosewood and sandalwood oils.
If its soap you are after, then go for a big chunk of North Pole (£3.25 for 100g), soap, with a pepperminty aroma for an icy blast straight from the arctic! The pink bit has the delicious aroma of cocoa absolute and invigorating peppermint and the white section has more calming, relaxing qualities with cedarwood and
cypress oils.
Snowflake (£3.25 for 100g) looks so good, but I am not a huge fan of the scent – but it’s a bestseller! It smells just like the almond marzipan
on the Christmas cake.
Finally, Snow Globe (£2.95 for 100g) – I want the whole thing! This soap will refrsh, revitalize and uplift you! it has a citrusy lemon myrtle, grapefruit and lemongrass blend that will bluster your senses and wake you up on cold winter mornings.
