Tom Ford Reds for Christmas?
I’m a lifelong red lipstick wearer (well, okay, from about age 13!). I’m in the process of setting up a new Facebook page, Project Red Lipstick, where like-minded beauty fans can come together and discuss the boldest of lip colours. One of our first discussions, I hope, will be about the new Tom Ford Jasmin Rouge Private Blend Collection.
Jasmin Rouge, the fragrance, was launched last year, along with Santal Blush. The former proved most popular and is now being launched in a permanent 100ml size, in that gorgeous red glass bottle. And to accompany it, there are four new shades of red lipstick – two pearlescent and two matte – Diabolique, Slander, Reckless and Narcotic Rouge. I am already in love with Narcotic Rouge – it’s an amazing, bold, bright, matte red. I have Diabolique to try out as well – this one is a much deeper, shade, one of the two Crimson Reds in the duo – Narcotic Rouge is one of two Cherry Reds.
Tom Ford lipsticks are a premium makeup product, and if you love reds, you will love these. They are super-soft and nourishing, with exotic and rare ingredients in them, including soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomilla flower oil. They feel amazing to apply, and they look, well, just decadently beautiful in your makeup collection. Perhaps one to pop on the Christmas list?!
