Estee Lauder, Liz Hurley and Breast Cancer Awareness month

2 min read

Estee Lauder Companies are leaders in the Breast Cancer Awareness ‘pink’ October campaign, and this year they celebrate 20 years of their campaign. Every year, all of the Lauder companies release lovely gifts to help raise funds for BCA. Liz Hurley, Lauder’s most famous face, makes special appearances at various department stores.

She was in Edinburgh a few years ago; this year it’s the turn of Manchester, as well as London.

Liz will be at Selfridges in Oxford Street, London, today for a PA, to meet and greet customers and sign BCA Limited Edition purchases. If you are in London, head down there between 1pm and 2pm.

And then on Thursday, she’ll be at Selfridges Trafford Centre in Manchester from 1pm for an hour to sign purchases, and then she will head over to Selfridges Exchange in the city, at 7.30pm to turn the store facade a spectacular shade of pink.

You can purchase some lovely BCA Estee Lauder items this year, all of them in the Evelyn Lauder Dream Collection, which was designed by Evelyn Lauder herself, and has been named in memory of her by her husband, Leonard Lauder.

There’s a beautiful Evelyn Lauder Dream Collection Compact, £55, of which Lauder will donate 100% less VAT from every sale to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The beautiful Evelyn Lauder and Elizabeth Hurley Dream Lip Collection, £25, contains two gorgeous pink shades – one gloss, one lipstick, in a lovely snakeskin print bag. £5 of every sale will be donated to the BCRF.

And if you buy New Perfectionist anti-ageing serum, £68, this month, you’ll get a Limited Edition with a cute little pink ribbon keychain charm. £10  of every sale will be donated.
